1. Interpretation and Definitions

The words with initial capital letters have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the words appear in singular or plural.

Platform — the Access Crypto website and related services, including peer-to-peer exchange functionality.
User — any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Listing — an offer posted by a User to buy or sell digital assets on the Platform.
Trade — an executed transaction between two Users facilitated by the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility, KYC & AML

Users must meet eligibility requirements and comply with identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks where required by law or by Platform policy. The Platform may restrict, suspend or terminate access for failure to complete required verification.

4. Listings, Orders and Trades

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their Listings. The Platform does not guarantee the availability or execution of any Listing.
Trades are peer-to-peer: the Platform facilitates matching and settlement but does not act as the counterparty (unless explicitly stated).
The Platform may impose limits, holds, or additional conditions on Listings or Trades to manage risk or comply with law.

5. Fees

The Platform may charge fees for Listings, Trades, withdrawals, or other services. Fees and calculation methods are disclosed in the Platform's Fee Schedule. Users are responsible for paying applicable fees; non-payment may result in suspension of services.

6. Payments & Settlement

Users must follow the accepted payment methods and settlement instructions on each Listing. The Platform is not responsible for payment processing failures or delays by third-party payment providers. Users must exercise caution when completing off-platform payments.

7. Security & Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, credentials, and any keys. The Platform provides features (including optional multi-factor authentication) to help secure accounts; adoption of such features is recommended.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited: illegal or fraudulent transactions, evasion of KYC/AML checks, hacking, market manipulation, using the Platform for money laundering, and any activity that violates applicable law or third‑party rights.

9. Disputes Between Users

Trades are agreements between Users. The Platform may provide a dispute resolution process, but cannot guarantee outcomes. Users should follow the Platform's dispute procedure and provide requested evidence. The Platform may, at its discretion, freeze funds or suspend accounts during dispute resolution.

10. Risk Disclosure

Digital assets and peer-to-peer trading carry significant risk, including volatility, regulatory changes, and technical risks. The Platform does not provide investment advice and Users should evaluate their own risk tolerance before trading.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost profits or lost data.

12. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, or to comply with legal obligations. Termination does not relieve Users of outstanding obligations (including unpaid fees).

13. Amendments

The Platform may amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform and, where required by law, Users will be notified. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in the Platform's legal notices. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated in those notices, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
